Fair Usage Policy

This Fair Use Policy (FUP) outlines the acceptable use of computing resources at Humanize AI, its partners, and services (The Service). All employees, contractors, customers, and affiliates are required to follow this policy when accessing and using The Services.
Brief & purpose
The purpose of this FUP is to ensure the security, reliability, and privacy of The Service users' data.
Scope
This policy applies to all users accessing The Service, including but not limited to employees, contractors, visitors, customers, and external partners.
Fair Use
Users must use The Service only in the way it was intended. An unplanned-for use is permissible if it does not negatively impact the operations of The Service or productivity.
If a user exceeds the bounds of what is considered normal operations within the limitations of their plan, Humanize AI reserves the right to restrict or terminate the user’s access to the service.
Keep in mind that 99% of users never exceed what is considered normal operations.
Prohibited Use
Users must not engage in illegal activities.
Users must not access, upload, or distribute offensive, threatening, or harmful content.
System and Network Activities
Users must not attempt to access data or accounts for which they do not have authorization.
Users must not introduce malicious software into the network.
Users must not perform any action that compromises the performance or security of IT resources.
Software and Intellectual property
Users must respect all copyright and licensing agreements.
Users must not download, install, or use unauthorized software.
Confidentiality
Users must protect sensitive and confidential information.
Users must not disclose confidential information without proper authorization.
Enforcement
Any user found to have violated this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of their account and legal action.
Review and revision
This FUP will be reviewed annually and may be revised as deemed necessary by Humanize AI.
Agreement
By accessing and using The Service, you agree to comply with this FUP and all other related policies.
